It surely work like you say.

I just don't get how the admin/editor close a answered tickets ?

I want to change a little the way it is displayed the comments are not enought separated from the question and other cosmetics.

I should do it throu "styles and CSS" or is there a template for the trackers item (first i need to gain access to the "apache owner files" 😊) ?
