With Gitter migrating to Matrix, the Sidecar, the embedable chat window that opens a specific chatroom, has broken (see https://gitlab.com/gitterHQ/sidecar/-/issues/82), so the button and JavaScript have been removed from the Tiki project sites until the Matrix replacement is ready.
