What is Ella?
Ella is a little Jabber bot Ive been working on for some time. She is now suitably stable enough to be let loose with you people, the TikiWiki Community!
Ella is setup and already linked into doc.tikiwiki.org with a simple doc find command, to do the same job as docbot's d. find in our IRC channel.
Due to a limiting problem in class.jabber.php you need to get Ella to initiate the authorisation requests. If you add ella to your roster she wont respond. To bypass this Ive written a small Mod and installed it on doc.tikiwiki.org

Over the coming weeks Ill be adding more and more functionality there, including notifications when things get updated on the site, and also "watch's via jabber" etc.
